As the Chief of Security, Jarek's responsibilities include: Securing new strongholds, deploying security details, ensuring proper protection of the board of directors as well as the people employed by O-Technologies, adjusting training procedures, and issuing equipment to members of the O-Technologies private military.

When asked why he applied for the position, he replied, "Safety is of the utmost concern at O-Tech. I don't trust anyone else with that responsibility."
